Returns Policy We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following policy carefully. 30-Day Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the cover is unused and has not been fitted to your vehicle. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Bespoke and Custom-Made Covers Covers that are manufactured specifically to your order cannot be returned or exchanged. These are individually made to fit your vehicle and cannot be resold. If you are unsure whether your cover is a standard or custom item, please contact us before ordering. Custom covers typically have a manufacturing lead time of four or more weeks — if your order was delivered the next day, your cover is a standard item and is eligible for return under our standard policy. Faulty Items If your cover arrives faulty or damaged, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. Change of Mind Returns If you are returning an item that is not faulty, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds and Exchanges We offer both refunds and exchanges. Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your card provider or bank.
